AvalPay Center is a Colombian payment centre, available to anyone, that is, to use it you do not need to be a client of the Aval banks.
Analyse the payment process and that you propose a new version for steps 1, 2, 3 and 5, taking into account that step 4 is a payment gateway which you will not be able to access.
Remove or add features if you think they are necessary or unnecessary. Make sure there is no budget limit and that the technology it is built on allows for everything you want to implement. The idea is that you come up with the most suitable solution to improve the experience of this digital service.
As a result of the exercise:
- Artefact to illustrate
- Wireframes in medium or high fidelity (interaction, understanding of the problem, establishing a process and visualisation of the solution)
- Proposal at the planning level with the steps you would like to follow.
