Research

If I had the resources and time, I would have started with a benchmark first. In this case, I have analysed in a shallow way two payment tools available on the market.
  • Stripe
  • Adyen
 
Secondly, I would analyse data and metrics of the website, to know where the abandonment of the process occurs.
And last but not least, I would like to interview and make some workshops with users of the platform to find out what the pain points are and to confirm the hypotheses I have made during the process.
